One service fee. Government fees at cost.

What's the catch?

There isn't one. We charge a flat service fee for the work we do — preparing your forms, validating your documents with AI, reviewing every detail before submission, and handling the back-and-forth with TSA, the State Department, or CBP. The government fee is whatever the agency charges that day; we pass it through at cost with zero markup.

Could you do all of this yourself for free? Yes — and we'll happily tell you so. Most of our customers come to us because they don't want to spend 4–6 hours navigating government websites, missing documentation requirements, or risking a rejected application that costs them their travel plans.

If we can't help you (you're disqualified, ineligible, etc.), we refund your service fee in full. The government fee depends on whether the agency has been charged yet.
