Legal entity
eGovRush is a brand and trade name of Travel Docs Express LLC, a Florida limited liability company with its principal place of business at 4300 Biscayne Blvd, Suite 202, Miami, FL 33137. References to "eGovRush", "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to Travel Docs Express LLC.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Travel Docs Express LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as eGovRush ("eGovRush", "we", "us"). By creating an account, submitting an application, or using our services in any way, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Description of services

eGovRush is a private travel-document concierge service. We help you prepare, validate, and submit applications for U.S. passports (new, renewal, child), TSA PreCheck®, Global Entry, and CLEAR Plus enrollment. Our service includes:

  • AI-assisted form preparation
  • Document review and validation (manual + AI)
  • Submission to the relevant government or partner agency
  • Status tracking and customer support
  • Optional courier handling and in-person agency representation (Premier and Emergency tiers)

3. We are not the government

eGovRush (Travel Docs Express LLC) is a private company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. Department of State, Transportation Security Administration (TSA), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), or Alclear LLC (CLEAR). All government services we help with are also available directly from the official agency, often at lower or no service-fee cost. Our fee is for the service work we do — preparation, validation, submission handling, and support.

4. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. Parents and legal guardians may submit applications for minor children using their own account.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@egovrush.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Your obligations

By using our service, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information.
  • Submit only documents that are genuinely yours (or, for child applications, your dependent's).
  • Not submit forged, altered, or fraudulent documents. Submitting fraudulent documents to a government agency is a federal crime.
  • Respond to our requests for clarification or additional documents in a reasonable time.
  • Not use our service to violate any law, including immigration or export-control laws.
  • Not attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our service.

6. Fees & payment

Our pricing is published on our pricing page. Each application has two fee components:

  • Service fee: what you pay egovrush for our work. Set by tier (Smart, Fast Track, Premier, Emergency).
  • Government fee: what the relevant agency charges. Passed through at cost — we do not mark up government fees.

Payment is processed by Stripe at the time of submission. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including any optional add-ons or upsells you select.

For Premier and Emergency tiers, we may charge incidental costs (courier shipping, agency appointment fees, etc.) at cost; these will be itemized and disclosed before billing.

7. Refunds

Detailed terms are in our Refund Policy. In summary:

  • If we determine you are ineligible before submission, we refund your service fee in full (government fee may or may not be refundable depending on whether the agency has been charged).
  • If you cancel before we begin work, we refund your service fee in full.
  • If we have already begun work but not yet submitted, we may refund a prorated service fee depending on work completed.
  • Once submitted to the government, service fees are generally non-refundable, since the work has been performed. Government processing outcomes (approvals, denials, delays) are outside our control.
  • If we make a material error that causes a rejection, we will resubmit at no additional service-fee cost.

8. Service limitations

We cannot guarantee that the government will approve your application or process it on any particular timeline. Government processing times depend on staffing, system status, and policy decisions outside our control. The processing times listed on our processing times page are the agency's published estimates, not guarantees.

We may decline to provide services to you for any reason, including suspected fraud, prior policy violations, or our determination that we cannot reasonably help with your specific situation. If we decline before performing work, we refund any payment in full.

Our service is currently available to U.S. residents and U.S. citizens (or eligible permanent residents/lawful immigrants for relevant programs).

9. Intellectual property

The eGovRush website, software, content, branding, and trademarks are owned by Travel Docs Express LLC and protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of our service without our written permission.

The data and documents you submit to us remain yours. By submitting them, you grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of providing our service to you.

Government form names (DS-11, DS-82, etc.), agency names, and program marks (TSA PreCheck®, Global Entry, CLEAR®) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here for identification only.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

OUR SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY GOVERNMENT APPLICATION WILL BE APPROVED OR PROCESSED WITHIN ANY SPECIFIC TIMEFRAME.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EGOVRUSH AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST TRAVEL OPPORTUNITIES, OR LOST DATA — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OUR SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (a) THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (b) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless egovrush from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your submission of false or fraudulent information, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Dispute resolution

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at legal@egovrush.com to attempt informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved this way.

If informal resolution fails, you and egovrush agree to resolve disputes through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Miami-Dade County, Florida — except that either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court for matters within that court's jurisdiction.

Class-action waiver: you and egovrush agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative action.

You may opt out of arbitration by emailing legal@egovrush.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. The opt-out must include your name, account email, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any litigation not subject to arbitration will be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our service after the change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
