What to bring
- Your completed application form (Form DS-11 for a new passport, or DS-82 for an eligible renewal)
- Original proof of U.S. citizenship plus a photocopy
- A valid photo ID plus a photocopy
- One recent 2x2 inch passport photo
- Payment for the government fees
- Proof of your urgent international travel (itinerary, tickets, or visa requirement)
